PERSPECTIVE 4 offers insights into different working environments and everyday realities within wita, the UPZ department responsible for housing, integration, day structure and work. Adapted workplaces and structured daytime activities can provide people experiencing mental health challenges with a sense of belonging, self-efficacy, identity and purpose.
Through this exhibition, wita highlights working and creative processes that usually remain largely unseen by the public, making different forms of activity, skills and collaboration visible and tangible.
