Auch Kulinarisches gehört zum Souvenir-Kosmos. Die unterwegs gekaufte Wurst ist das Bergsouvenir schlechthin. Im Workshop produzierst du, unter Anleitung des Metzgers und Illustrators Tinu Oesch, deine eigenen Würste. Nach Würzen, Kneten und einer Prise Geschichte über Wurstproduktion nehmen alle 4–5 selbstgemachte Würste nach Hause.

Eintritt: CHF 50.– (inkl. Material)
