What will remain of 2024? Swiss Press Photo 25 presents the best Swiss press photos from July 3 to October 10, 2025, at the Swiss National Library in Bern – an emotional review of an eventful year.
A visual memory of the year 2024
The Swiss Press Photo 25 exhibition shows the award-winning images from the competition of the same name – in partnership with the Reinhardt von Graffenried Foundation. Six categories (Current Affairs, Everyday Life, Swiss Stories, Portrait, Sport, International) offer diverse insights into world events.
Photographer of the Year
Anne Morgenstern was honored for her series Swifties, dedicated to fans of US singer Taylor Swift. Her pictures are part of the exhibition.
Impressive moments
Highlights include the Ukraine peace summit on the Bürgenstock, flooding in Vallemaggia, and the Street Parade in Zurich. But quiet scenes such as the return of the sun to Lötschental or the Swiss Dog Show in Lucerne are also moving.
Portraits, sports, international topics
On display are portraits by Anna Rosenwasser and Noémi Speiser, pictures from the Olympic Games in Paris, and reports on Yemen, Ukraine, and Argentina.
