Bern Tourismus runs the two Tourist Centers at the Central Railway Station and the Old Tram Depot by the Bear Pit. Both are open all year round.

Bern Tourismus helps visitors book accommodation, provides information on the city’s tourist attractions, helps organize excursions and offers a range of guided tours of the city and specific venues. Other leisure arrangements, such as cultural jaunts to other cities, can also be booked.

The Conference Office helps organize congresses, seminars, symposia and workshops.
